LONGIES  All knits come lanolised ready for use.  Longies are usually one size fits most but as different wools vary so too do the rise and width.  Our soakers and longies prices are inexpensive but we do not use anything other than best quality wool. Do not be fooled into believing lower prices mean less than top quality. LONGIES, SKIRT-A-LONGS available any time by ORDER (prices vary) (Price is for standard Longies with your choice of leg and cuff style; we will contact you by email regarding colours etc. Postage applies) Cuffs,straight legs, rolled,frilled, detachable frill, skirts  etc.  Instock items can be posted as soon as payment clears. Picture is for illustration purposes ;some  colours may not be available.This also applies to those in the Gallery,but we will substitute something similar. If you would like another colour, item will  usually be posted within 14 days,depending on the number of orders in place (Items will not be commenced until payment is received) Would you like your little girl's longies to be a bit more feminine? We can add various versions of a skirt, part skirt or removable skirt to your longies,knitted or crocheted,straight or frilled or A-line. There is a number of ways to do this and we can discuss the options with you depending on the age of the child, and whether it is required for night or day wear; for example a full skirt over soaker may be too much bulk for a small child or for night time, but could perhaps suit a toddler for daytime. A part skirt would suit all ages for both day or night. Colour availability will be advised by email. (Please give indication  in comments section of colours you prefer , and we will advise on availability in our email reply)

POSSUM GUSSET   POSSUM POUCHES MULTI-USE WOOL BOOSTER   Available now- a wool booster designed to be attached to soaker or longies via the waistband cord and fitting between the back and front waists within the crotch area. This doubles the thickness of  the soaker in the area where it is needed for heavy wetters and negates the need for bulky thick wool in the whole soaker. It can be flipped out for faster drying, again  an advantage over slow drying thicker wool. It can also be used over a nappy or AIO, between   the nappy and the outer garment-bodysuit,pants,cover either just as a lay in woollen booster, or with a tie cord to hold it round the waist. It has a further use as a woollen booster under the absorbent booster pad or anywhere some wool protection is needed This is not just a quickly knitted rectangle of scrap wool, but a properly made addition to your woolly items Exclusive to Possum Pouches This option can be ordered at time of purchase of soakers and longies;  knitting orders are accepted by email

All longies on this page are knitted in Australian Pure Wool.We do not use fur or hair or blends of these fibres. Longies can be made in the same colour ranges and knitting styles as our soakers
